In setting our fees, we voluntarily follow the code of honour of the Federal Association of International Detectives without any membership obligation, positioning ourselves in the lower range of the recommended pricing.

Please note: The exact hourly rate applicable to your case can only be provided after discussing all details relevant to the assignment. In most cases, however, you can expect a rate of 84 euros. Unlike many competitors, it is important to us to follow a transparent fee structure.

Reimbursement of Detective Costs

In cases of legal relevance, where matters are submitted to the courts, it is often possible to recover detective costs from the person responsible for the problem, usually the target. This again demonstrates the importance of conducting investigations in a legally secure and court-admissible manner. One thing is clear: if you initially pay 5 or 10 euros per hour less to an amateur investigator, but due to investigative errors cannot recover the costs in court, you ultimately gain nothing.

No flat-rate expense calculation – billing only for actual and necessary effort.

 

No postage or telephone costs – these are always included in the hourly rate and are not charged separately.

 

No costs for the use of standard detective equipment – this is also included in the hourly rate. Only special equipment, if required, will be invoiced separately.

 

No surcharges for weekend or night assignments – a fixed hourly rate seven days a week, around the clock.

 

Flat-rate offers are available on request and only where the required work is clearly foreseeable. For certain corporate assignments, such as the recovery of missing property, a flat-rate solution is of course appropriate.

 

Upon signing a contract and providing an assignment-cost-covering deposit, you may, subject to creditworthiness, arrange interest-free instalment payments for the remaining invoice amount with us. Naturally, without additional fees.
